In addition to my precious answer:

The Hitachi board was found on a local sell-out.
The brandname is Memory Card Technology, type 7B24956.
It's a 16Mb card, with 8 chips on it. Type 81V16165A.
Where V= 3.3 volts
        16= 1Mx16
        16= 4kb refresh
         5= EDO ( a 0=fastpage, here will also do)
         A= ??
After this a the speed is noted, in my case 60(ns)

I still don't know for which type of Hitachi notebook this board was meant,
since it didn't come with the original box.
Guess you look for '95-'98 models

I also found a PBook memory card with 2 Toshiba TC51V16160AFTS-70 on it.
Type of the board: XMP54004/2. Who knows which Powerbook?

Well, hope this helps :-)
