Due to a policy change and rate increase by PayPal, I'm forced to increase
the cost of UNNA CDs sent to Canada & the USA by a dollar, to $8 US,
effective immediately. (Anyone who sent me payment before this notice is
alright).

The story is that PayPal will no longer be allowing Personal accounts to
receive payments funded from Credit Cards. Since the majority of payments
are funded from people's credit cards, I'm forced to upgrade my Personal
account to a Premier account to continue taking payments. With a Premier
account comes more features, at the price of higher service fees. That's
why I have to increase the price. Note that International orders are
still $10 US.
