Re: [NTLK] BART schedule (was 32MB...)

No, although that map is very nice, I usually know where I want to go,
just not at what time or how long it will take. The Palm scheduler
gives arrival and departure from and to each station based on time of
day and which day it is, and whether or no you need a train that allows
bikes.

If Ricochet were still an option, I might just get a wireless modem and
leave it in Newt at all times, and use the web-based version at
http://www.bart.gov/ but we all know what happened to Ricochet.

I keep thinking that 3000 lines of C for the Palm should be not
impossible to port over to Waba, but the author of the Palm version,
while he said he'd answer questions, didn't think that this would make
a good first project for me. I took a Java class once, and almost all
the programming I've ever done has been in Perl. I've done some very
very basic C and I've never written a program for a handheld device.
So... I'm not convinced that I could do it either.
