I'm working (v-e-r-y slowly) on a GTK/Linux-based connection tool that
I hope to port to both Windows and OSX's Unixy environment. I hear there's
a native GTK port in the works for OSX, in which case I'd assuredly also
target that, since not everyone wants to run an X server on their OSX
boxen.

But all of this is in the distant future of at least several months.
