[NTLK] More questions regarding built-in dictionary / anybody able to rip his (US) one?

Hello List,

another thing I'm loosing sleep about:

1.
Some days ago Paul said (if I understood him properly) that it is entirely
possible to find the dictionary-pkg in the Newt, export it and install it on
a "foreign" MP, which could then use both dicts at the same time.

Is anybody in the possession of an *English* 2.1 unit willing and able to do
so?

I thought of the easy way out, but just buying a US MP2,1K turned out to be
no option, as I need *both* (German and English) dictionaries side by side
all the time. A Double-Newton-Sandwich-Setup with mirror-connected
infrared-ports would be cool, but rather ridiculous..."MegaBrick"...

2.
I asked myself how extensive the US dict. might be, as I just found a free
5K word list that one might convert into a dictionary as well. 5K does not
seem overwhelming, but it is definitively better then my current status,
adding words as they drop by.

Having these two dictionaries in my Newton would be of great value for my
studies, so I would be most thankful for any information.

Regards,

Oliver :)

Anybody thinking your MP2100 to be some kind of Super-Palm?
Just tell them that the Newt is what the Palm DEVOLVED from!
