One name for it is "EZ-out". A tapered, left-hand threaded cutting tool that
fits in a tap handle (a drill motor will just bore out the hole that you
have to drill first into the broken bolt). Turning it counter-clockwise into
a hole that you've drilled into the broken bolt wedges the tapered tool in
place and then continuing to turn counterclockwise forces the bolt out.
That said, I've never seen one small enough to use on the torx screws used
in an eMate 300 case.
