There is an Enfour product called UniFEP, which is a Japanese input
environment. As part of UniFEP you can purchase HWCR, which enters Kanji
characters through a handwriting recognition scheme. For more information
(in Japanese unfortunately), on Enfour's language offerings, see:

This product would work for Chinese as well. Otherwise there is a host of
Chinese input systems available. One popular one for native Chinese is
Eureka's Lily Language Kit:
