Laurent,

Your gentle prodding has helped considerably. I'm much closer now.
Inside NTK, I can open the Inspector, and tell it to connect ( all
via AppleTalk now ), and now, the Newton sees it when trying to
establish a connection with the Toolkit App. However, I get this
error now:

"Toolkit: An error was encountered. Please check your connection
( -12314 )"

Different from last time...
