I've always had pretty good luck with Coast to Coast Memory:

I got one DOA DIMM for my iMac, and they replaced it quickly and
painlessly. In total, I've ordered 512M of RAM from them ( 2x128M
DIMMS for the iMac, and 1x256M DIMM for the iBook ).

I'd order the 512M DIMM for my iBook, but it's for more expensive
proportionally than the 256M was...
