As I think the original poster found out, though- it's often best to only
work with a few handfuls of notes etc. at a time, whether deleting, or
Xporting (via Xport). Crashes at best or corruption at worst can happen if
you try and work with too many items.

I seem to find (on 2100 and 130) that about 70 emails max is what I
"should" try and delete or save or otherswise work with at once.

Heap is still an issue when working with tens of tens of items, no matter
which MP you have.
