Your best bet is to write to Rob (snail mail) at the address you listed
below - it is current. Rob has recently stated (within the last three
months) that he intends to rebuild the website, and work out other means of
handling transactions.
Another person on the list wrote to him about two weeks ago and is still
waiting for an answer. I was thinking of writing a similar letter, but
thought I could better handle this in person. I have a business trip
scheduled in Denver next month and will try to track him down and pose the
"public release" question over a cup of coffee or something.
If you're going to write to him, be sure to include a SASE, and you may as
well toss in a money order. I believe he's honest enough to return it or
send you a registration code. Good luck!
