[NTLK] Newts Cape impression

I did download the latest version of Newts Cape this weekend and have some
first impressions.

1. It is not as confusing as I first thought.
2. It does a fine job of rendering pages.
3. It will handle redirects, unlike NetHopper
4. Problem: speed. Slow even on sites with very few pictures and special
coding, tables, etc
i.e macsurfer loads twice as fast in NetHopper.
