What I did to fix one of mine, was take a bit of tissue to wedge the tip
into the stylus.
It doesn't take much.
I sort of fold a little bit over the end going in the stylus, and along
one side. The force it in. Once done, I took a knife and trimmed the
excess tissue that was forced out.
