[NTLK] Internal Packages not being activated

I just tried to delete Bookreader and now whenever I do a soft reset the
Newton won't load the internal packages, it just freezes. I then reset it
with the extensions off, and it boots up fine and even accesses the card. I
also can't get rid of the Bookreader Icon. Keeps on giving me a software
issue error. Any ideas other than a hard reset??
