This is an improved version of a WinNTK project for making MP3 Songs for use
with MadMax.

    Added a Barber Pole progress indicator.
    No need to enter the file lenght anymore.
    All the things to modify are in constants.txt.
    Use of NATIVE keyword, it's faster now.

There's also a testing package already made.
