I believe that they do ... but I live in Indianapolis, one of the few
places left in the country (I think most of Indiana and some of Arizona)
that never changes time. So I was surprised by an alarm for a meeting at
10:00 a.m. -- when it really was for 11:00! While the Newton was ahead
of things by changing with Daylight Savings Time, unless I'm doing
something wrong, it doesn't have the Eastern Standard, always Eastern
Standard, time zone for Indy.
