Dear Chris,
to be honest, I don't have the slightest idea, whether there are limits to the simultaneous access count. All I know is, that the pages are beeing cached by the web-server. But I think you will rather reach my network-bandwidth-limit (german DSL) than the serving-limit. We should ask the programmers.
