Yes, I have.
You have to remember that there are layers of DILs. Not to get into this
too much, but basicially the connection methods built into the DILs are:
-AppleTalk (not available on PC)
-Direct Serial
-Serial w/ MNP
-TCP/IP
Note, AppleTalk is what is called a transport-independent protocol. You
can run an "AppleTalk" network over Ethernet, but also LocalTalk, a direct
serial cable, ARCNet, Token Ring, or two paper cups with string :)
So this jibba-jabba about EtherTalk in Windows is moot, because the
Windows connection just uses direct TCP/IP.
