Rule #1. Never use more than 90% of space on storage card/internal.
Since I also break this rule ten times a week, here's my suggestions...
=2E..leave card out for 3+ days,
=2E..next brainwipe, then retry card,
*note*-do not trust card anymore, too many bad sectors. :-(
