[NTLK] Java MP3 uploader

Hi there.

I have programmed this Java uploader, but I got no feedback from the
guys I sent the beta.
The problem I had with uploading an MP3 via Sloup was that Sloup stops
getting the data
after about 80 KB. I can upload MP3 via MP3 Builder, so that seems not
to be the problem.
Any suggestions here?
