You'd need a way to 'lock' the keyboard until you shrugged both
shoulders and blinked three times. (: You'd have to police your
thoughts... Thought police?
A definite 'ENTER' key... a 'just testing' sequence programmed into
your application to allow the 'what if' games...
To complete the ensemble-- you'll need one of the virtual displays--
the ones that write directly on your retina with a laser beam! It's
really under development!
Now the real trick will be to project a virtual control panel in
front of you, track your eye movements, and let you steer the cursor
with your eyes, then >BLINK< to tap the key. No RSI for your hands,
but talk about eye strain! (: To delete something you'd have to
look cross-eyed at it!
