[NTLK] help! can't assign IP to newton...

Hi all.

For some reason, I'm unable to assign an IP address to my newton. I was
able to do it once before, but I've since wiped its memory and
reinstalled everything. I suspect that I simply forgot to install
something in the NIE (I installed 4 packages, and my Wavelan card works
fine for Appletalk connections, but I can find no TCP/IP options
anywhere). Have I missed something here? Can someone help me out?
