[NTLK] NewtonDIL IR problem

All of a sudden my IR to my Newt via NewtonDIL stopped working. The IR on
the Newt is working (tested it with another Newt). I believe my Wallstreet
IR is working -- tested it visually using a camcorder and a TV, you can see
the IR light pulses, but I do not know if it should be a steady pulse or
intermittent. Mine pulses, then quits for a few seconds, then
pulses..quits...

Thoughts??
