hi everyone,
i would like to report that i have successfully been able to surf the net
and check email using the following combination:
newton 2000
wavelan silver (rev c)
alpha 3 wavelan drivers
nokia w1122 adsl router with wireless
i therefore can't see why the drivers won't work with any 11b compatible
basestation as long as the station name is "Newton"
the only problem of course is that (at least with the nokia) appletalk won't
work over it.
this don't really worry me for syncing, but i really would like to print.
are there any apps that let you connect to a tcp lpr/lpq printer?
will try streaming mp3s over the link.
i really really need a 2100 upgrade now :)
