We have that, but the problem is that the minimum is 40 mph. Even when the
maximum is 65 or 70 mph, which is just plain dangerous. But even someone
doing 65 in a 65 zone can cause a roadblock, since most people feel that the
speed limit IS the minimum...
Many of these are the same folks that feel a turn signal is an indicator of
their God-given right to simply drive anywhere they damn well please since
their rights are superior to yours, so you'd best not infringe on them by
being in the place they want to be.
OK, there *are* those folks who have the same attitude but don't even use a
turn signal...
