Are you on a PC?
If so, you should download and use Stuffit Expander for Windows to unstuf=
f the=20
HQX or SIT files.
Also, use IE (whatever variant) I've found the Mozilla or Netscape seem t=
o=20
cause problems with PKG files.
If you're on a Mac then I have no idea how to help you.
