        Nope, a 2x00 doesn't have a backup battery. Almost all the
memory of the things are flash, which doesn't require power. A capacitor
supplies power for the few things that aren't in flash (screen
calibration and time, I think, are all). If you take out the batteries
for more than a few minutes you might lose those things, but you won't
lose any real data.=20
