Of course Google helped me as soon as I sent this e-mail. The program I
found sets up an IRCOMM port but forces it to COM5. Does anyone have a
product they use on Win2K/XP?

Is there a package available somewhere that will add IRCOMM to a
PC-based laptop? Maybe one running WinXP? I can't find anything from the
manufacturer (Compaq), so I'm trying to see if there is something third
party I can use.
