Ha!! You did it!! Great work!

I have tried today with www.movistar.com.

1) Siemens S45 (serial cable is in the box).

2) NIE 2.0 serial setup:
 - Serial Setup
 - Protocol: PPP
 - Configuration: Server
 - User ID: MOVISTAR
 - When closing, disconnect after: never
 - DNS: xxx.xx.xxx.x (your isp's dns)
 - DNS: xxx.xx.xx.x (your isp's dns)
 - Domain Name: movistar.com (your isp's)
 - Login Script (3 Steps):
-- Send ATD*99#4# (I had to create a profile in the phone, apn: movistar.com,
user and pwd: MOVISTAR)
 -- Send CR
 -- Wait for CONNECT
 -- End
 -- TimeOut 60s

 5) Advanced Settings: 19200-None-1

In Spain, we have 1 MB for 6 euros, 20 MB for 30 euros and 100 MB for 120
euros. Speeds up to 40 kbps
