I tried the X terminal version of the package installer on 10.2 to
install a small 16K package. The Newt went to the "install package"
window, but the terminal program quit with something about a header and
the connection was dropped.
I use NewTen on my Wallstreet to install packages and it works quite
well in 10.1.5. I have not tried it in Jaguar yet.
