Renee:
The publisher of "Defying Gravity - The Making of Newton" by Mark
Kounalakis is Beyond Words
Publishing in Hillsboro, OR, USA.
Now for the REALLY GOOD NEWS. As of this past March, they had publisher
seconds, those
with scuffed slip covers, or other blemishes, yet brand new for $5.00 +
$2.00 shipping in the US. I was able to order one for $7.00 and
received it via United States mail in great shape. The only problem
appears to be strange pagination. (The pages are in order, but the
numbers appear to descend rather than ascend.) I would certainly
recommend the publisher to anyone who wants a copy of what appears to
be a unique look at the making of the Newton.
As far as I recall, their web site is:
http://www.beyondword.com/other/sales.html
http://www.beyondword.com/otherindex/companyinfo.html
In an older email, I had their phone numbers listed as 1-800-284-9673
and 503-531-8700.

Borrow money from pessimists. They don't expect it back.
