Did that already. However, what we are discussing here has a somewhat different
target. And I still think it is a good idea. With, as the original poster suggested,
300 people paying 20 bucks, we'd have 6000 bucks after the first year. This would,
for example, be probably enough to buy a whole batch of SER001's off Mr. PCBMan.
Maybe even at a reduced price as he'd need to do shipping only once.
That way we'd guarantee these things remain available. There are one or two other
things I could imagine that could be done with money like that.
