In your owner card, you can add many simplemail accounts. Note that
this has nothing to do with work sites, just owner info.
The check box is in : owner info, tap the owner card, tap "show"-"all
info", scroll down to simplemail and tap it, there's a checkbox where you
can enable or disable that account.
