It's because www.unna.org is a virtual host on a webserver. That means clients (web browsers) must send HTTP/1.1 request=
s in order to get the right page. NetHopper doesn't support this. Either use LunaSuite or Newt's Cape, or use the Guelp=
h mirror, which doesn't use a VHOST:

 to compile under Linux and then create a server on UNNA that would allow you to dock directly via TCP/IP and install pac=
