I'm still kicking myself for not being able to attend* the STC
(Society for Technical Communication) meeting, where the people who
wrote the user assistance (say 'help') gave a presentation. Judging
from the reactions from my fellow tech writers at my eMate ("What's
that?"), I'm fairly sure (with my questions and impromptu demo) it
would've been an interesting evening.
