Hmm. Not sure if I want to use Outlook though. Well I'll keep this in
mind if I can't find a better way, thanks! :)

Ok this works fine for me, though the version I downloaded is
restricted to 128kB documents or less, and a printout of my weekly
agenda is more like 136kB. I would register but the web site says they
have discontinued support for the product and they are not taking any
further registrations. :(

I'll have a look. I can get NPI to work fine though for the moment.

I've managed to get NCU to work more reliably for me now, using a
program on UNNA called slowdown.exe. I couldn't find any explanation
for it but running it and slowing my machine down with it seems to do
the trick. The Almighty alone knows why NCU might fail on a faster
machine! It's like it doesn't have any concept of flow control or
something. <shrug>
