   I have emailed John Schettino (co-author of Basic for the Newton) asking if the demo can be distributed.
   The demo on floppies from the 1st edition will not work with NOS 2.0 or higher. The demo from the CD in the 2nd edition will work with NOS 2.0 and 2.1.
   Both editions are out of print.
