I'd probably implement a form template (similar to the one
on my bug report page) that allows people to enter all data
that's required. This would be automatically sent by eMail
to me, and people would be able to let me know through
the form what they want me to publish and what not. I'd then
edit the page accordingly and upload the new version.
Someone who has a tip could either get in touch with the owner
directly (if the owner has allowed me to publish this data), or
he could send me a mail from the site and I could notify the
owner to get in touch with him. So far, pretty straigtforward.
As so far no one has mentioned that something like this already
exists, I could give it a try and you could all have a look at
it. But I'd rather not spend my time on things that have already
been done, so just in case it has, please let me know.
