All data is current as of 2002-02-01.
The ebooks with movies from the last 24 months and last 16 weeks are
updated. These books are updated weekly (check Mondays) but I announce only
once a month.

I've replicated the Newton ebooks on the Palm platform for the Palm Reader application. They're very similar to the Newton's version except the Palm Reader has a nasty bug which prevented me from using chapters the way I like. I use separate pages with links to the titles. The Newton wins here.
I also eliminated the AFI 100 list since this was getting pretty stale.
On the positive side, the Palm Reader ebook for the last 24 months is only 1 MB compared to the Newton's 2.5 MB! Palm wins here.
You can also search this book, although it's slow. The Newton's book can't be searched on a 2100 due to -10060 errors. Palm wins again.
I would be very interested to hear your comments and suggestions for improvement (although my time is limited). I'm not a Palm user, so if there are better FREE document readers out there, please let me know. Thanks.

It has been 11 months since the IMDb folks said they'd be providing their own web site for handhelds. I've tried a couple of times to find out what their plans are, but I get no response to my email.
