A while back there was a posting here with a link to a site with a picture
of EVIL BILL and a Burger in his hand. There was much concern about the
Japanese text for this photo, so I sent this to my experts to decypher. The
Japanese says "It is an unusual place for us to meet."

Hmmm, could this be a secret code to Terrorist? Maybe Bill is out to
destroy our food supply. There was a bit of food related deaths in
Washington in 1992/93... maybe Jack in the Box knew something and he was
plotting to kill small kids with tainted meat?
