If you want it to remain as sturdy as it is now, next to nil. If you want to
make
sure you won't kill the nice guy next to you in the subway with the heart
(whatever the thing is called that is implanted and controls the heart
beat),
even closer to nil. Cases like that provide both protection against
mechanical
influence and shielding against electrical (and I think magnetical, but I'd
have
to look that up) waves. The latter of course in both directions.
