As well as this suspiciously looking
It was a massage written in Russian using HTML and KOI8 encoding
I just recently found out that there is apparently a newton community in
Russia,=20
And I was merely trying to find out if there are any Russian speaking users
in this list
The message in russian simply reads "does any one speak russian here ?"
And the question rests open.
Are there any russian speaking users in this list ?
