This is covered in the faq at:

but for a quick answer the series II works with all but read only on the
emate, the II+ works in all except maybe 1.X models and the AMD series D
works with all.

FYI I have emaild kingmax requesting pricing, certianly about bulk buys,
we'll see what happens.
