Answers to two questions that have come up on this list:

1. Someone mentioned that they could not drag-and-drop a song onto the
Newton's storage card. Make sure that the song file has a .MP3 extension,
and make sure that the card is not write-protected (check the card status at
the bottom of the screen. If there is a lock symbol, the card is locked, or
at least the plugin thinks it is locked).

2. Someone mentioned that you need 512MB of memory to store music. I have
been using 48Kbps bitrate, 22kbps mono encoding, and it sounds OK (does not
skip, even on a flash card) and you can fit an entire album on a 20MB card.
