I am assuming you can use the NiMH batteries in an MP100 as well? I can't see
why there would be any problem. What about using rechargeable alkaline
batteries? Is there any disadvantage to those VS NiMH? They seem less
expensive.
Before I bought a rechargeable battery pack for the 2100, I used lithium
batteries. They lasted about four times longer than regular alkalines (and cost
about 3 times a much) but they also weigh next to nothing. It was amazing how
much lighter my Newt was with lithium. Too bad you can't recharge those! Or can
you?
