You get a good sense for book.pkg-format by looking into BookMaker-
output. NTK just adds the pkg-headers to it. The book.f-file is simple
text, presenting the book content and structure in normal NewtonScript
format (frames, arrays, ...).

A better hint is with NTK "compile to text".
