From what I can tell, when you run the book through newton press, creates
the .f file (which appears to be the text of the book and pre-packaged code
(sort of like making a mini-app)) which you can compile in ntk and create
the .pkg file . . no scripting required, just make sure your .(dot)
commands are all in order.
