Personally if it were nothing but a technical manual I do not feel that I
would stay long as my interest would wain fairly quickly. I also agree that
the community atmosphere is very important to any list and only makes this
list, including its technical savvy, more rewarding. As such I do not mind
simply disposing of the threads I do not have interest in or cannot offer
help to (granted I read the messages from my WinTel, and not a Newt.. For
those that have concerns about many e-mails being downloaded onto their
Newts. I sympathize and hope an equitable solution can be found).
