I have to say that while it's unusual to put this on the form, it's not
unreasonable from the point of view of the seller: how does he know you
won't simply refuse payment of the charge? On the other hand, if their
policy of guaranteeing against DOA and giving two days from receipt to
notify of DOA (see the archive if you don't remember this) isn't ALSO
printed on the form, I might be a little leery.
