Rev. A-D iMac can hold up to 384 MB of memory.
However the iMac only has two SO-DIMM slots. The top slot takes a 2" SO-DIMM
(256MB Slot) and the bottom slot takes a 1.5" SO-DIMM (128MB slot).

This is the only way that I know of to upgrade these.
